Enable/disable glossaries

You can selectively enable or disable glossaries.

 

check16 glossary is enabled

disabledRed16 glossary is disabled

 

If a glossary is disabled, that abbreviations and shortcuts of the contained templates / autocorrects are not detected.

 

To enable / disable glossaries and all the templates/autocorrects they contain

Do one of the following:

-Click on the glossary active status icon check16

-Right-click on the glossary and click on Active

 

The enabled/disabled state of a glossary is indicated by the active status icon.

 

NOTE: you can make a glossary active only in specific applications, or disable PhraseExpander completely in a chosen set of programs.
