PhraseExpander can activate each glossary only in specific applications.

 

You can define whether the glossary is active in:

•All applications: this is the default settings. The abbreviations defined in the glossaries will be available in any program

•All applications except: if you choose this option, PhraseExpander will work in any application except for the list defined here

•Only in: if you choose this option, PhraseExpander will ONLY work in a specific set of applications

 

To restrict a glossary to a specific application

1.Select the glossary you want to set a restriction for

2.Right-click on it and choose Application restrictions...

3.Enter the appropriate information. You can choose the name of the application and, optionally, the contents of the window title
