You can quickly restore old versions of the phrase database by using the Backup Manager.

To restore a previous version of the PhraseExpander database

1.Click on File > Backup Manager
The Backup Manager is opened

2.Select the revision you want to restore and click on the Restore button
PhraseExpander restores the old backup and opens it

NOTE: click on Show all to display all the backups, including the ones that refer to other databases.
