PhraseExpander can automatically backup your entire database every day. Automatic backups are enabled by default.

To enable automatic backups

1.Click on File > Backup Manager
The Backup Manager is opened

2.Make sure that Perform daily backups is checked

3.Click OK to confirm the operation
