You can change the variable definition when the Input form is displayed.

This allows you to make edits (for example add more predefined values) and tweaks to your variables when you are displaying the entire template.

To edit the variable

1.Right click on the variable description and click on Edit variable
PhraseExpander will display the edit variable window
 

2.Make the desired changes and click OK to confirm
PhraseExpander will adapt the displayed input form based on the changes you have made
