Pull up your phrases

Once you have defined your phrases, PhraseExpander gives you a number of ways to quickly pull them up without leaving your working environment.

Phrases can be quickly triggered in the following ways:

1.by typing the abbreviation associated with the phrase

2.by typing the shortcut associated with the phrase

3.by recalling a glossary or group (with an abbreviation or keyboard shortcut) and browsing or searching for the desired phrase

4.by opening the Quick Find and searching for the desired phrase
