Display a note that can be used as a guideline to fill in the form.
Use this to give to the person who's going to fill in the form additional instructions.
The contents of the note will not be inserted in the generated text.
The Note displays a block of text that will not be inserted in the final document.
To set Manual Input as Note
In the Manual Input design window, choose Note in the Display as box.
