Use the following options to customize the way the text is generated, based on your preferences:

.Use Group (Professional)load the predefined values from the phrases contained in a glossary or group (and all its subgroups).

.Custom Format: customize the text that is generated for each item, pre-pending or appending additional text to it. #ITEM# represents the current selection. The #N# placeholder can be used to create a numbered list based on the number of selected items.

.Encode for using in URLs: if you are using a Manual Input to generate URLs (for example to automatically perform web searches), you want to make sure that this option is checked so that the generated web address doesn't contain characters that don't play nice with browsers (like Internet Explorer, Chrome or Firefox).

.Show preview box (Professional): displays a preview box for the Manual Input, so that you can further customize the generated text.

.Header (Professional): this text will be inserted before the selection (the text will be displayed only if the Manual Input generates some text).

.Use custom text (Professional): the custom text that is inserted when positive (checked) items are present. You can use the #SEL# placeholder to specify where the selected items will be inserted.
The #COL# placeholder will be used to insert the contents of the grid columns. The #COL# placeholder works only when the Manual Input display is set to grid.

.Use custom Negative text (Professional): this is the custom text that is inserted when unchecked (or negative) items are present. Use the #NEG# placeholder to specify where the negative items will be inserted. The sentence will be inserted if at least one unchecked element is present.

.Footer (Professional): this text will be inserted after the selection (the text will be displayed only if the Manual Input generates some text).
