The Backup Manager will automatically backup your phrases for you so that, in case of error or accidental data loss, you can always restore the old backup of your phrases.
To open the Backup Manager:
1.Click on File / Backup Manager
The Backup Manager is displayed
The Backup Manager window, where you can create a backup and restore older versions of your phrases.
From the Backup Manager you can perform the following operations:
1.Set if automatic backups should be performed (for PhraseExpander Professional users only)
2.Where backups are stored
3.If older backups should be automatically removed (to save on disk space)
